Jim Roth, founder, graduated with a B.S. degree in Agronomy from North Dakota State University
with an emphasis on plant physiology. During his career in the commercial seed business, he has worked on domestic and
international projects for many companies.
Through his career Mr. Roth has developed and refined the sustainable
agricultural process. Jim has produced alfalfa seed for a company in Argentina and has provided forage-consulting services
for Henan Province in China. He continues to pursue the nutritional balance of people by balancing and enhancing the
health and vitality of soil.

Soil Restoration, LLC was initiated in 1990 when Jim Roth, the creator of this concept, found a means of testing
to ascertain the deficiencies that exist in most conventionally fertilized fields. Continuous testing and improvement
of the formula has brought us to the present product line.
